These Terms govern your use of this website and any session, transmission, amulette, or plaque ordered through it. The provider is Thomas Jayet, operating as a French sole trader (entreprise individuelle), registered under SIRET 10197078800010, registered address 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France. "TRINETRA" is a trading name used for this activity; it is not a separate legal entity.
TRINETRA offers energy work and tantric sessions, transmitted practices, and consecrated ritual objects (amulettes and plaques), rooted in the Shivoham Tantra lineage. These are traditional, spiritual, and energetic practices. They are not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, and they do not constitute a diagnosis of any kind. Any reference to protection, influences, presences, or the "evil eye" is a description drawn from the Tantric lineage's own framework and vocabulary. It is not a scientific or medical claim.
An initial consultation precedes any recommendation. Session length, modality (in person or at a distance), and price are as stated on the website at the time of booking. Appointments are arranged individually by WhatsApp or email after you make contact; there is no automated booking or instant payment on this site.
In-person sessions are by appointment only. The location is communicated directly once contact is made.
No result, transformation, or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Where a follow-up or continued support is described, it is provided as stated on the relevant service, not as an open-ended commitment beyond what is described.
Each amulette is prepared individually, by name, following a lunar cycle; each plaque is consecrated through a thirteen-day Yagna, following the Kalagni method. Production is limited (a maximum of ten pieces per cycle for each object), which directly affects delivery timing. Timing estimates given on the site or in correspondence are estimates, not fixed delivery dates, because they depend on ritual timing (lunar phases, consecration cycles) that cannot be accelerated on request.
Amulettes and plaques ship from Indonesia (Bali). International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown on this site.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR). Payment is not collected directly on this website. After your request is qualified by direct exchange, you receive an individual payment link (processed via Stripe) or other payment instructions communicated to you directly. A deposit may be requested to reserve a production slot for a plaque, as stated on the relevant page.
Sessions and transmissions: if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a right to withdraw within 14 days of booking a service. By requesting that a session be performed before this period ends, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the session has been fully provided.
Amulettes and plaques: these are made to order and personalized to a named individual or a specific location. Under applicable EU consumer law (including Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Once preparation has begun following your confirmed request, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where the piece is materially defective.
For customers outside the European Union, cancellation terms are as stated above unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, TRINETRA's liability for any claim arising from a session or object is limited to the amount paid for that specific service or object. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These Terms are governed by French law. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may also apply. Any dispute not resolved directly will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under French law, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your own country of residence where applicable.
