1. Who is responsible for your data

Thomas Jayet, sole trader (EI), SIRET 10197078800010, 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, is the data controller for this website, within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy applies regardless of where you are located, because the data controller is established in France.

2. What data is collected

This site does not use a contact form, shopping cart, or account system. Personal data is collected only when you choose to contact TRINETRA directly:

Your name, email address, and/or WhatsApp number, when you write to request a session or an object.
Anything you choose to share about your situation during a consultation, session, or written exchange.
Payment information, handled directly by Stripe when a payment link is used. TRINETRA does not receive or store your card details.

The site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated and a cookie notice will be added.

3. Why this data is used

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a session or an order.
To prepare a personalized amulette or plaque, which by nature requires knowing who or where the piece is for.
To keep a record of sessions for continuity of follow-up, where relevant.
To meet accounting and tax obligations under French law.

The legal basis is your consent (by contacting TRINETRA), the performance of a contract (once a session or order is confirmed), and legal obligation (accounting records).

4. Who else sees your data

Data is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. It may be processed by: Stripe (payment processing), WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact TRINETRA through WhatsApp, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms), an email provider, and where strictly necessary, a shipping carrier for physical objects (name and delivery address only).

5. How long data is kept

Correspondence and session notes are kept for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up, and in any case no longer than necessary, subject to French accounting retention obligations for invoices (currently ten years).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data held about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request erasure of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Receive your data in a portable format.
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL).

7. International transfers

Because amulettes and plaques ship from Indonesia, your name and delivery address are shared with the shipping carrier handling that delivery. No other personal data is transferred outside the EU as part of standard operations.
