Amulettes and plaques are prepared and shipped from Indonesia (Bali). Shipping cost is quoted separately from the price of the object, once your delivery address is known.
Amulettes are prepared following the lunar cycle; delivery typically follows within 24 hours to two weeks of preparation, depending on how close your request falls to the next new or full moon. Plaques are consecrated over a thirteen-day Yagna, on a cycle of roughly every two months; production is limited to ten pieces per cycle. These are estimates tied to ritual timing, not guaranteed delivery dates.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority, are outside TRINETRA's control, and are your responsibility as the recipient. TRINETRA is not able to predict or reimburse these charges.
Please inspect your object on arrival. If it arrives damaged, contact TRINETRA within 7 days with photos of the piece and packaging, and a resolution will be discussed directly, on a case-by-case basis. If a shipment is lost in transit, TRINETRA will assist with the carrier's claims process.
Because each amulette is prepared individually by name, and each plaque is consecrated for the order that reserved it, these are made-to-order, personalized pieces. Under EU consumer law, personalized goods are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has begun, except where the piece is materially defective on arrival. See the Terms of Service for the full cancellation clause.
A deposit may be requested to reserve a production slot for a plaque ahead of a consecration cycle, as stated on the relevant page. Deposit terms are confirmed individually at the time of booking.
